The aim of the project is to increase competitiveness through support and development of information and communication technologies in the operations of EGMINA, INFRASTRUKTURA, ENERGETYKA SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ.
The implementation of the goal will take place thanks to the extension of the existing B2B system for controlling heat sources (nodes, boiler rooms) in multi-family or office buildings (SyNiS – Supervision and Control System) and the implementation of internal business processes (B2E) thanks to the use of innovative ICT solutions.
The result of the project will be an extensive SyNiS system that allows you to increase the efficiency of the source and thermal comfort in residential premises in multi-family buildings, as well as reduce the cost of heating apartments (buildings). Pursuant to the project’s goal, the development of the system will contribute to the increase of the Applicant’s competitiveness, which will be able to base cooperation with clients on an extensive IT tool.

The aim of the project is to increase the company’s competitiveness through the development of export activities, economic cooperation and company promotion on new German, Czech, Italian and Austrian sales markets.
Activities planned in the project will focus on:
– support for the development of new business models, including strategies for international activities,
– opening new business, geographical or sectoral diversification channels (TYPE 1),
– support for business cooperation at national and international level (TYPE 2),
– business promotions, including participation in national and international events, including in fairs, technology shows, as part of the project, justifying the company’s development strategy or new business models introduced (TYPE 3).
The direct effects of the project implementation will be the Applicant’s support in the field of internationalization of operations, specialist consultancy, introduction of organizational and process innovation, support in the implementation of international information and promotion projects, and investment of own funds.

The subject of the project is conducting industrial research and development works at EGMINA, INFRASTRUCTURE, ENERGY LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY in order to develop and later implement into operation the system adapting the biogas combustion aggregate and induction generator to regulate the electric power on-grid and off-grid . The project will be implemented in the period from 01/07/2019 to 31/12/2020.
Activities planned as part of the project will be oriented towards the implementation of plans for the company’s R&D work and will affect the development of smart regional specialization, as defined in the Regional Innovation Strategy of the Opolskie Voivodeship until 2020. The project involves the implementation of 2 tasks:
1. Industrial research,
2. Development works.
The direct effects of the investment will be the involvement of own funds in the implementation of the project; commitment of research and development staff; introducing new products for the company and the market; incurring expenditures on research and development works; establishing cooperation between the Applicant and research centers to implement the investment. The project implementation responds to the identified needs of the Applicant.
